By now, you already know that i’m currently enrolled in Fitness First for 18 months. I haven’t been in the Metroeast Club for quite a while because lately I felt strange and it’s like I was physically drained and exhausted. I think it has something to do with the last two sessions I had in the club. Last Thursday, I had my 3rd session with my PT and based from MY assessment (not theirs) , I am not fit for strenuous activities. Though I know that their goal for the said assessment is to see how far can you go and from there, they can design the right exercises or workout for you. I’ve been very vocal with my trainer that I do not intend to participate in any group classes like Zumba and freestyle dancing. I enrolled there so I can use their machines for cardio workout. I just want simple exercises that would help me achieve that beach-ready body on April 2018. Since I only get the chance to go to the club for twice or thrice per week, I do the daily workouts at home.

The day after my assessment (Friday), I still managed to go to the club and use their machines but then that particular night then the whole Saturday, I felt really weak and drained. I didn’t manage to go out like I do every weekend. I ended up in bed the whole day to rest and luckily, on Sunday, gradually I felt the energy coming back. I think another factor that affected what I have experienced is STRESS.
Upon reflecting, I remembered that you don’t have to rely on workouts or exercises alone, 80% would depend on the kind of diet that you have so I really need to plan about my meals and it will just be supplemented with exercises. Also, aside from the workout, I am also planning to have my relaxation routine as part of my preparation this coming summer. Hopefully, I can scout for my perfect spa partner (along Marcos Highway) within the month.
